Monitor Location
deally more than 25inches from eye and 6 inches below the horizontal eye level
Anti glare screen
Will decrease the amount of light reflected from the screen
20-20-20 rule
Take short breaks for your eyes every 20 minutes between your work for 20 seconds then look at objects that are atleast 20 feet away
Eye Exercise
Close your eyes and slowly roll your eyeballs clockwise and anticlockwise. Repeat it 3 times.
Light Effect
Use suspended lights from ceiling and windows with shades,blinds and curtains.Avoid light hitting directly on eyes.
Sittting Posture
Use chairs that provide support while typing ,position of head slightly titled downwards and height of the chair adjusted so that feet rest flat on the floor.
Blinking
Blink frequently to keep the front surface of your eyes moist.
A.C. distance
Avoid sitting at a location with direct blow of air on eyes from blower or an AC or for a long period in a room with low humidity.
